"Pasture" Original

I took this picture on vacation. I love walking with my daughter in nature and being close to ordinary things. In the picture, a herd of cows seems to be drowning in juicy young grass. The contrast is set by the horizontal strip of the forest. The painting evokes a sense of calm and serenity.
